I the apps with symbol cloud and blue arrow I can't download it. I can download new apps and when I delete them and try download again there is cloud symbol and I can't download them. When I click cloud the symbol change to circle I.e. Download start but in a 1sec. ( eye blink ) it change to cloud again. In new apps when I click install they change to circle and after circles get fully dark I have them. But stuck with cloud apps plssss help!!!!!!!!!!
